IN MEMORIAM KEVIN  “Biggin” HOUCK Kevin Houck was born July 1969 and joined the Company in June of 1995 as a Journeyman Lineman.    He worked his entire career in the Lines Department as a Lineman.  Kevin passed away unexpectedly March 19th in his home. Kevin leaves a tremendous void.
